The Manual has been designed to harmonise the quality of services along the entire route and, above all, to improve the quality of our establishments every day, adapting to the needs of customers who hike, cycle or come to us on horseback.

With small changes in terms of food, information and preparation of our equipment, we can make the customer's perception of our accommodation change very positively.

As you already know, you can use the Manual in several ways:

1. As a checklist of the different sections, which we believe are important for an accommodation that wants to specialise in hiking.
2. As a tool to compare our results with the CBH's range of accommodations.
3. To learn about some of the good practices carried out at the CBH and elsewhere.
4. As a source of inspiration to incorporate a new service to accommodate these types of customers.
